Shipping

Sartoria PARDI offers complimentary shipping on all orders within Mexico. Please note that free shipping will be applied to your order at checkout. Delivery time approximately 6-7 weeks for MTO & 2-5 days for in stock items.

International shipments have a flat rate fee of $25 on all orders. Delivery time approximately 6-7 weeks for MTO & 3-5 days for in stock items.

Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or by the freight company.

Returns

MTO items are produced on demand and hence refunds are not accepted. Changing of size or store credit is offered. You can exchange the product within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition. If the garment shows signs of wear the product shall not be refunded. Delivery fees aren’t refundable.

MTO service

The production of the garments starts on the placement date of the order and is delivered 6-8 weeks later. Items bought online cannot be personalized in fit.
