TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT
The use of this site is governed by the policies, terms and conditions outlined below. Your use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your submittal of any purchase order to sartoriapardi.com indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions. Sartoria Pardi reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time. By ordering or registering on pjt.com you grant us the right to add your contact details to our database. From time to time we may contact you about offers and new products. You can easily be removed by either unsubscribing via a link or contacting our Customer Service at info@sartoriapardi.com and we will remove you from marketing communications.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
All orders placed are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right at all times and at our sole discretion to refuse to accept an order for any reason and without liability to you. Orders may only be placed by individual customers and corporations purchasing goods other than for resale. After you have placed the order with us, we will send you an order confirmation by email with your order number and details of the product you have ordered. This email is only an acknowledgement of receipt and is not an acceptance of your order. The acceptance of your order and a contract of sale between us will not take place until you have been advised the said goods are available and these goods have been paid for in full including any applicable charges. No payment shall be considered to have been received until we have received payment in cleared funds.
LIABILITY
Sartoria Pardi is not liable for any losses or damages caused by this website or any website linked to or from this website. We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving a reason. Upon cancellation of an order, we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided. All received monies will be refunded using the method received.
DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours with the exception of orders placed on weekends where we will ship within 48 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. All orders will have a tracking number in order to track delivery. In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. Sartoria Pardi can not be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.
ACCEPTANCE OF THE GOODS
The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 7 days of receiving the goods should there be a fault.
PAYMENT TERMS
You confirm that you are authorized to use the credit card/debit card whose details you enter. All credit /debit cards are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorize payment we will not accept your order. Furthermore, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal. We have no responsibility for your bank or card issuer charging you as a result of our processing of your credit /debit card payment in accordance with your order.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If notified before goods have been dispatched, Sartoria Pardi can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been shipped, Sartoria Pardi reserves the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery service.
TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Sartoria Pardi shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
